Warranties

Merchandise should be inspected carefully upon receipt.
We offer a 90 day in-house warranty against manufacturer defects.
Please contact us by phone if you have any problems after 90 days
and we'll make every effort to resolve the problem.

Returns & Exchanges

1.  Telephone us at 1-800-659-9607 to receive an (RMA#) Return Merchandise Number. 

2.  All returns must be shipped and received back by Sandbaggers within 30 days from original date of delivery. 
     All merchandise must be in its original condition with packing slip to qualify for return.
     We do not accept worn shoes.

3.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, Sandbaggers pays for shipping charges on all exchange items
     shipping back to the customer. No credit will be issued for shoes worn, or freight charges. A restocking charge
     of $10.00 will be charged on returns (No restocking charges for exchanges).

4.  Clearance shoes may be returned for merchandise credit only.
